Jackie Taylor currently works in our Personal Lines Department processing incoming mail, payment, cancellations, and claims. She also performs other tasks that support the operations of our business when needed such as answering phones, working very closely with other Account Managers, providing customer services and guidance to our clients.
Jackie graduated from Kee’s Business College and hold the professional designation of ACSR and CISR and has been a licensed Property and Casualty agent for over 30 years in Virginia and holds a North Carolina non-resident license as well. From 1990-2002, she worked in Commercial Lines and has been working in the Personal Lines field since April 2002.
Jackie is a member of the IIAV (Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia) PIA (Professional Insurance Agents of Virginia and the District of Columbia) and has worked with the Insurance Women’s Association of Southeastern Virginia.
Jackie is married, and is a proud mom of two children and 4 beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, camping and loves to travel.
