Anita Holland currently works in our Personal Lines Department processing incoming mail and downloads which includes renewals, policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and claims information. Some of the other tasks she performs are answering the phones, processing payments, scanning incoming mail, initiating and attaching office downloads, and working closely with our Personal Lines Account Managers.
Anita has recently taken on the responsibilities or Customer Service Representative for our Life and Health department and works closely with the Life and Health Producers on both group and individual policies.
Anita has been in the insurance industry for over 35 years and a valued employee of Suffolk Insurance since January of 1992. She holds the professional designation of ACSR from IIAV, the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia.
Anita is active in her local church and when not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She also enjoys creating macramé items and teaching others how to macramé.
