Barbara Ellis is a Commercial Lines CSR/Department Manager for Suffolk Insurance. She began her career in the insurance industry in 1977 and began her employment with Suffolk Insurance in 1982. She currently holds the Insurance Designations of CISR, CPSR, and ACSR. She has also served as a Notary Public since 1993.
During her career, Barbara has worked in Personal Lines, Title Insurance and Commercial Lines and has served as a member of the Insurance Women’s Association of Southeastern Virginia, participated in and served as President of the Virginia Agency Manager Users Group, served on the Harford Commercial Lines/Agency Support Panel and attends annual Continuing Education classes.
