Rob House is an owner of Suffolk Insurance Corporation, working mainly in the Property & Casualty division. He joined Suffolk Insurance in 1995, and his primary focus is in all areas of Commercial Lines Insurance. Rob was born and raised in Suffolk, graduating from Nansemond Suffolk Academy. He graduated from Elon University with a BS in business administration in 1992.
Professionally, Rob holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and has completed the Hartford School of Insurance for Commercial Lines, as well as the PIA Commercial Lines School. Rob is a member of the Agent Advisory Board for Mutual Assurance Society of Virginia, and is a member of the Agent Advisory Board for Virginia Commerce Group Self-Insured Association. Rob is also a member of the Suffolk Rotary Club.
Outside of the office, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, traveling, and playing guitar.
